VERY Happy.
This was a birthday gift to my wife. She was thrilled and even though I told her it was a "refurb" she said that the packaging and product was just like a new tablet. It looked like brand new and it worked like brand new right out of the package. Plus, it arrived sooner than expected. I will certainly use this supplier for my future electronics needs!

Great Product and Great Supplier
Wonderful mouse and excellent supplier. Everything was exactly as advertised. I plan to buy another one for backup, in case these are no longer available when mine wears out.

These Much Louder than Original Heads
The heads do a good job of brushing, but they make a loud shrill noise, much louder than original heads or other after market heads. I literally use ear plugs when using this product.
