Great value for money
Overall it is very easy to use. The only improvement would be to change the way the mop pad affixes to the mop head. I find it difficult to place the cloth on the cleaning head and change the cleaning cloth when needed. It involves bending down, unclipping the dirty pad and replacing it with a clean pad. It is very difficult for anyone with blood pressure problems or those with back problems. As for it's ability to clean, well it is out of this world! I have only cleaned the tile floors and the bathroom tiles so far, but the difference after cleaning them is obvious. It is extremely easy to reach the top of the bathroom tiles with the long handle and the tiles look fresh and the grout looks new again. I am looking forward to using the tools to clean the windows and the carpets and rugs. It would be advantageous if it came with more than one cleaning pad. Highly recommended for those with no physical or blood pressure problems and extremely good value for money.
