1 of 3 found this helpful When you buy it as stated should come already pre installed not have to install yourself and then you cant get screws out they offer $2 then $3 then say get a professional so i did which cost me $40 they send a message to return after id already done this but they were still not going to send me a pre installed one they were just going to send a replacement box and i still had to install hard drive wasnt very happy at all
