Carnell Sales shipped the order promptly. Unfortunately all I received was a badly torn shipping envelope. They asked for pictures of the envelope and reshipped the order. Great service on their part. Can't say the same for USPS. The second order was delivered to someone else. They were decent enough to call me so I could finally get the bearings. Two tries and two fails by USPS.
