  Disturbing experience. The Gucci purse arrived filthy, falling apart, and nothing like described. This wasn’t 'lightly used'—it was heavily worn, unhygienic, and filled with hair, crumbs, dust, loose change, and a pen cap. A torn strap and no effort to clean. Nothing disclosed.
