An essential book for any aspiring cook
This book provides aspiring dessert cooks with a sound basic knowledge for the making of more complicated desserts.
The desserts in this book are not complicated to make, in fact they are fairly basic and show what you can do once you have mastered the secrets of syrups and sauces which take simple ingredients to another level.
