Thrilled with my hot, tasty and quick morning coffee!
We've had it with the drip coffee makers and have toyed with the idea of a percolator for quite some time. But, we liked the timer on the drip. After our most current Mr. Coffee died after only a few months of making awful coffee, we decided to take the plunge. We wanted a stainless steel interior because we're not interested in cooking at all with aluminum. We wanted a good, piping hot cup of joe. And, we wanted it to be easy and quick. We got it all with this percolator. I simply prepare the pot the night before. When I get up, I plug the percolator in and take care of some morning business. Five minutes later, the coffee is done perking. We only make 5 cups for the 2 of us. This pot perks about 1 cup per minute. It's soooooo good. And, it's soooo hot. Our drip did not make hot coffee. The only downside is if I keep the pot plugged in to keep it warm, it does not taste very good after about 1 hour. I've had my new percolator for almost 1 month, and I still marvel every morning. (simple thrills for simple girls:))

Jamestown Draws Us Back in Time
Very engaging series, with well-developed characters and storyline. Wish there were many more seasons. We're on the last season and don't want it to end!

Slippery Elm Helps My Senior Dog w/ Digestive Issues
I give this slippery elm to my senior dog with digestive health issues. I open a capsule and sprinkle it on her food twice each day. It really seems to help her a lot!
