Black sole is good, but feels narrower than standard
I bought these because I wanted a sole that wouldn't discolor from foot oils over time. At some point I will ask my cobbler to resole my existing sandals using this footbed.
However, it is rougher-feeling than the leather lined footbeds and seems narrower than usual. Definitely not a sole I would want to walk on all day long, but it will work for "dressier" sandals.

Just OK. Only take 1 per 24-hour period!
It helps some, I guess. Indoors I still sneeze sometimes, have an itchy throat, and an occasional runny nose. It's probably just as good as the others like Zyrtec, and I like that it has one less chemical in it than the Claritin.
Warning, don't take more than one in a 24-hour period. Not only will it not help, but it will cause drowsiness. And the sleep you get won't feel like real rest. I was taking one every 12 hours and all day long I felt like I had bags under my eyes that reached my jaw.
