wonderful little book
This little pocket book is good value for money and has loads of information and colour pictures for you to see the plant i think it is handy to have.

Good health book
This book is brilliant, for ulcerative colitis which is what i have so much info really helpful advice i would tell anyone who has health issues to get this book it is well worth it

best book you will ever buy
1 of 1 found this helpful well i must say this is the best book i have ever bought i have been searching through health books for over 3 years and read many books on the subject but i have finally found one that works and true. very well priced and written i would say to anyone to get this book, but the only drawback is some of the products you need to buy are expensive but you can do this on a budget and not have all items and living in the uk its not that easy to get the organic meat as it is in the USA wish the uk had some USA shops here
