Although the item was shipped promptly, somewhere along the way it got held up in a warehouse (probably weather related) and then it arrived damaged, evident by a broken part of the box. The seller responded both times within minutes of my messages both tracking the package down and ultimately making the refund transaction. She was proactive every step of the way, and both of us sorry that the beautiful purchase ended up damaged. Thanks go out to her.
