If you want waterproof... or everything proof
1 of 1 found this helpful It doesn't come off with makeup remover, or oil, but easily bled into my skin and under eye during the day and at night. It's a good product if you don't wear face lotion. Otherwise, it smudges throughout the day. When it does become wet, it doesn't come off but it clumps together significantly.

1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent lip care. I have awful allergies. Can barely use anything. Not even an issue. Even my beard-toting, axe-carrying, mountaineer of a husband liked it. So there you have it. Oh, I also live in Alaska (fairbanks).
