GREAT STUFF enough said
1 of 1 found this helpful This CD is simply one of the best Tori Amos CDs I've ever listened to. The acoustics are great the sound is awesome and she delivers one great song after another. I've listened to this in my car for over 3 months and have yet to grow tired of it. It isn't a hit or miss either every single song is great. For you folks who have sub-woofers in your car and like to make good use of it this CD will give your sub-woofer a good work-out. Strong DEEP bass and a nicely layered recording make this CD a must have for any Alternative Music fan. In previous recordings of Tori Amos that I've listened to her lyrics and music seemed dark and to be honest a little depressing, but this CD proves that Tori Amos is flexible and is not at all dark or depressing. My personal favorite song on the CD is titled "Spark" which combines a nice mixture of witty lyrics with great bass guitar, drums and keyboards. This is the BEST Tori Amos CD I've ever heard period.

Beter than I expected
I'm not normally a fan of heavy metal, BUT I had heard the first track numerous times and liked it and thought I would give it a chance. I'm sure glad I did because every single track is decent and some even shine. So sometimes when you stick your neck out it doesn't get chopped off! So take a chance on some new music every once in a while and don't judge a book by its cover and you might find out like I did that there are some good new music out there that you didn't even know existed.
