  Probably my worst experience of buying on ebay. Umpteen messages from the seller, ebay had to step in to get the package delivered (seller charged enough postage but didn't pay enough)...and the item was actually faulty rather than merely having the agreed 'feature'. Seller got grumpy, once again ebay had to get involved and help to get the refund. So, big thumbs up for ebay, thumbs down for the seller.
