Great Mascara
1 of 1 found this helpful I have dry eye which causes watery eyes, and started using Blink when it first was available. It really does stay on until you want to remove it without smearing, the problem with the original formula was it clumps on the lashes and you can not build up the lashes. So I was really excited when I found the new amplified formula. It goes on and allows you to build the mascara on the lashes, and like the regular formula stays put without smearing and does not flake. I really do love it!!
