Great Health Insights

I had been waffling about purchasing this ring for some time. I primarily use it to track my steps and my monthly cycle. I hesitated to buy because I lift weights and didn't want to take off my fitness tracker during my workouts. I finally went for it and purchased an inexpensive silicone protector to wear over the ring, and so far it has not been an issue whatsoever. So glad I decided to go for it!
