south beach diet
very clear, very easy to follow directions to a very easy to do life change. This (diet) eating plan has the best of all the things that i like. I love the atkins diet but that one is too easy to go off and cheat with desserts, fruit, pasta and bread. this one adds those things in in good amounts after the first phase. very easy to follow and commit to. The book is very clear and answered all my questions.

Trash to Treasure
1 of 1 found this helpful These are a great line of books. They show you that you can make something from nothing. And you can have a great time doing it. You can turn a simple piece of normal throw aways, like coffee cans, veggie cans, take out boxes or old wrapping paper and turn it into a very useful or decorative item. Some of these things make great gifts. Sometimes its something that you can redo and make it look like you have redecorated. Its a great way to recycle. Ive always been really good with turning something into nothing and its great to use someone elses ideas too. Im always saying "How come I dint think of that?" when i read this book. In my house, before any one throws anything away, they say " Is this trash or is it treasure?"

Great Book! Great gift Ideas!
I LOVE this book! It has easy to follow directions and I have loved going through it and using the Ideas as well as getting new ideas from her designs. This is a book i woud recommend to anyone.
