Another great season of Alias
The quality of the discs are rivaled only by the content of the Alias shows. A tough serious to stop watching!

As with any fitness system, you get out of it what you put in to it!
1 of 1 found this helpful This Wii Fit Plus was purchsed for my wife to aide in her goal to achieve weight loss. So far, it has been great for her, and she has lost 20 lbs in the first month! She has been having a great experience with it...I have even been using it some, and find the strength training activities to be beneficial. As long as you push yourself, you will see results. No slacking!!!
Only a couple of things to keep in mind when considering the purchase of this: 1) get the riser kit for the board. The workouts/exercises would be much better if there was a higher platform to step up on. Buy the riser kit and get the most out of your workouts. 2) purchasing the 2lb or heavier handweights for the activities will also aide in the workouts. These two added features make an enormous difference! One other thing to consider would be a wireless nunchuck for the boxing routines. It eliminates the possibility of having the controller and the nunchuck too close together and banging them against each other. Just a thought...
Overall, the experience has been fantastic, and we would recommend this to anyone that is looking to loose some weight and/or stay in shape.

A fun little box with fun games!
This little thing is fun! Perhaps Nintendo could figure out a way to make the touch screen work a little better, and for a little longer period of time. The one we have doesn't always work (touch screen). Fortunately, the buttons work fine, so playing games still works...that's really what the point of this DS is, right?!
