Must have for Carbon Steel pan.
As advertised and works perfectly on the carbon steel Lodge pan.

Not user friendly!
First, this was obviously a refurb and I don't remember that in the description. It came with no start-up or detailed instructions. It is very difficult to get to and to set the Settings. Lastly the screen is very limited to just dead-on viewing; slightly off-center the pictures are unreadable.
