This Item looks good. The quality is good however, when it comes to connecting, it falls short. Sometimes it will disconnect less than 25 feet away. I missed the cutoff time before send this back but it's ok. I'll live with it. I just have to make sure my phone is close by. On the pictures below, the outside case is the same as the original beats (grey) but the pins for charging are much different. The Kim x beats pins are much closer together than the grey ones. The package arrived sealed.

This is a counterfeit product, it lacks many functions of the actual product. It lacks noise cancellation and transparency mode as well as spatial audio and dynamic head tracking & does not work with iOS Find My to locate lost earbuds. The voice inside the earbuds (for when it's "connected" / "disconnected") is in a garbled and foreign accent. Most critical, the sound is atrocious. I guess that's why these are on sale for $49 new. I own a legitimate version of these; I'm sure these are fake.

They don’t seem to be the real deal. When I connect them to my phone, they have no serial number, no ability to connect to find my item, no ability to customize the settings. The siri voice is not like the normal voice for these headphones. (I have another pair already) They don’t take commands from Siri. Their design is slightly off from the real deal. You can even see lights in them, which you cannot in the real ones.
Overall…. They appear to be a really good knock off version. Sadly!!!!
