Definitely necessary for any person looking for IT work
This book is great! It gives helpful tips on who to use as a reference, how to structure your resume (to include past job titles), and how to write a strong cover letter. I bought an older version of the book (published in 2001), though, so I'm not sure if the newer book version would be that different. I know that the IT field is constantly changing, so you might want to get the most up-to-date book version (published in 2007). I also recommend getting the Ace the IT Job Interview book. I am still waiting for my copy to arrive, and I'm sure that it will be worth it.

Gorgeous necklace that compliments many outfits
This necklace is shimmery, but not gaudy. It has a Boho look to it that will compliment many outfits -- esp. outfits with jeans and gray colors.
