  Seller shipped the item fast. Packaging was good enough to protect the unit. The NAS was as described and the reviews for it were good. The only issue was that the unit was defective and the IP address could not be changed or the entire system factory reset. It was unfortunate because, as mentioned before, the reviews for this model were good. Also, the price was good too. I contacted seller for a return, and he promptly approved it. Sadly, I am shipping it back today.

Unfortunately the warranty that I elected to purchase in the same transaction never arrived—-however, come to find out, it was from a different seller who hadn’t responded to any of my attempts to get the warranty. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the computer and how that transaction went!

  The item was slightly damaged while in transit by the courier, even though the item was nicely packaged by the seller. The seller was kind enough to reach out and ask how they could remedy the situation due to this issue right away. After coming to an agreement, I am happy purchasing from them and would definitely do it again.
