I will start by saying it took 3 phones , 2 1/2 months before I received a good one. First one was insanely damaged beyond the scope of item description. This was PROMPTLY resolved by the seller in shipping me a new , pristine phone, for my troubles. This phone however was BLACKLISTED and unable to be used , Again, the situation was rectified by the seller which is the only reason for the positive review. If seller had another phone I wanted, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
