- Why you bought it
After receiving benchmark customer service from Apple Genius Bar previously, tt service level slipped badly for a bricked 4S. I warned them that it would result in me moving to Samsung, and the store manager (of Perth) said "that's your choice as a consumer." Yes, yes it is...
- What you like most about it
SO customisable (if that's really a word, I'm typing this on my iPad, and of course it auto speed it with a 'z' so it probably isn't in the Queen's English) and very intelligent about using information e.g. Linking Facebook profile pictures with existing contacts. Amazing.
- What you dislike about it
Even using Android ICS, the interface is clunkier that Apple's. But considering the constant massive improvements in Droid, there's always hope.
- Whether or not you would buy the product again
I probably won't ever buy this product again, but considering the limited upgrades with each and every iPhone, I'll probably remain a Samsung Galaxy (or maybe Nexus) customer for the long term. Rest in peace Steve Jobs
