The Little Irish Baking Book by Ruth Isabel Ross (1996)
Yummy! The baked goods are down to earth, wholesome, and healthy using fresh ingredients. Recipes are incredibly easy to follow. The author is very much appreciated for gathering these tried and true traditional Irish recipes. This book brought a wee bit of Ireland to my very own kitchen. I recommend it highly for anyone seeking fresh baked, hearty, recipes.
