Not great
Finally got to running this and it's not great. The overall construction isn't bad but there are a few design issues.
-The condenser does not sit on the lid very well and is uneven. I had to shim it to make it more stable and to level it out so more coils were under water.
-The overall size of the condenser is too small. There is only a couple of coils under water and it overheats. The water flow is still very difficult to control even with the dual valves. The size of the pot and small waterlines is the main issue.
-There is no need for the additional valve for fermentation.
I got it to work but even running it at max temperatures it took 6 hours to complete just under 3 gallons.
I will be selling this one in the near future or parting it out on a new build.

Price was right and it appears to be well built but it is noisy! No way you could use this in a quiet room.
