Better than represented
The unit is like new. Everything works perfectly. I have a new source for printers.

Works great
It works great, solves all the problems of limited ports. I may buy a back-up.

Does what it claims but support is poor
The unit was timely shipped and received. Hooking up to the TV and internet was easy but for the fact the remote controller did not work. I tried 10 different batteries and it still does not work. I had a wired mouse available that that made everything work.
I contacted support and they asked me to take pictures of the problem.
I am still learning how to get free programs. Most of what I have found is of low quality. The image and audio is great but the shows are pretty poor. Apps come built into the unit that will allow me to purchase programing but that sort of defeats the purpose.
Electronically the unit works great except for the remote thing. The unit is easy to set up and this is fortunate since the instructions are in the smallest font possible. I will not be getting rid of my cable provider as a result of the purchase.
