small pocket size
It is as shown, but I have so many problems that I need something larger to get the effect into my lungs.

Works Great
I have been using my Revitive for over 2 years now. I also bought one for my sister and my friend. It works great. It helps with charlie horses and muscle cramps. It also helps with restless leg syndrome. My husband has started to use my Revitive and says it is helping him with his knee pain,. You have to use it every day for 30 to 60 minutes. I just keep mine under my computer table and we use it when we are on the computer.

Good book
I have many of Marshall Master books and find them informartive.
