Lovely story, dealing with relationships of 60 somethings.well worth a read
I bought this book after reading a review in a Sunday newspaper supplement.
I am so glad I bought it.
It's a lovely story about a married couple in their 60's, who love each other, but have a sexless marriage, and the husband really doesn't understand his wife.
She meets a man whilst taking her granddaughter to the park on Thursdays, hence the title.
A lovely story unfolds, both sad and happy. I just couldn't put the book down.
It's easy reading, and so good to read a book dealing with relationships of people past their first flush in life.
I thoroughly recommend it.

Beautiful bag
This bag is lovely quality, and the perfect size for all my needs if I am off out for any length of time. It is 'on trend', and a lovely pale dusky pink colour. I am really pleased with it, as I have been with every purchase I have bought from Moira.
