Awesome mic no studio should be without.
The AKG is both a great professional AND personal project Mic. Fits well into both contexts and performs like very few others (particularly in the price range).
Crisp, clear and punchy. Very transparent sound. It is a timeless workhorse of a mic that NO studio should be without.

If you don't need an iPhone, the other features will keep you happy.
Like most (if not all) Apple products, the iPod Touch is an awesome device. Everything the the iPhone does, san the phone.

I'm loving that 'ol Gretsch feel and sound.
Beautiful to look at as well. Super bargain!
