Classic bar

Nokia 1100
1 of 1 found this helpful I love the simplicity of this phone. I never have to worry about it and it can do everything I need a phone to do. The T9 is great once I got used to it. The battery life is very long also, about 3-5 days. The composer and flashlight is fun. The only thing I dislike is the shape, a bit bulky in pants.
I decided to buy it because I wanted to replace my Motofone F3. I initially got the F3 thinking I would not be texting much, but then texting was almost necessary so I searched for a similar long battery life, simple, no extras phone , that were cheap. I found this phone which was under the same category of cell phones targeting developing countries. I've broken many phones before, and I like retro stuff, so the Nokia 1100 fit my requirements closer than any other considerations. It turns out the texting is way better compared to the F3 and the battery lasts way longer. I miss the F3's thinness but that's all. I don't want this to be a F3 review any more so I'll end it here.
