  Contact with the seller was pleasant. The description and definition of used (cosmetic wear... fully operational and functions as intended) is appropriate, but barely. The intended functions work; however, this keyboard was filthy with a thick layer of grime (mostly hair and dust) under the keys (pictures taken after brushing), dried sauce (?), and clear signs of rust and corrosion on the internal electronics from water damage. The damage can be a "ticking time-bomb" to failure, or fire hazard.

  I am thorough in all my item descriptions. I just didn't disassemble my son's old keyboard and that is an unreasonable expectation anyway based on all of the other listings that I checked before listing it. It is certainly used and was probably a little dirty, but all used keyboards would be. I think if you are expecting perfection, then you probably should have bought a new keyboard. It's certainly not a "ticking time bomb" or "fire hazard".
