  So you bought these drum sticks they arrived and didn’t have the tips you wanted. Even though there was a clear picture of the wood tips.. I gave you a FULL refund and told you I didn’t want to pay to ship them Back and gave them to you to do what you wanted. You left me a neutral feedback when in fact I went way above and beyond with the refund and Free $30 drum sticks. Guess I can’t please everyone.
