  poor packaging-damaged during shipping and didnt work. contacted seller-says if my responsibility to contact ups which its not. I won the case and shipped back to seller for refund. Seller purposely not available and or moved to not take responsibility. Finally received money back then broken item back at my doorstep for me to somehow discard.

  Seller sold me an item they knew nothing about. A general rule of thumb for me is to have a certain amount of knowledge about the things i sell before i sell them. That way i can sell the item for a fair price. The seller listed an item that was broken. In the description and header there was no information describing that the item was broken. I confronted the seller about this when the item arrived, and they apologized for it being broken stating that they never tested it. I want $ back
