  Item arrived broken due to poor packaging and seller said it was not their responsibility since USPS must have broken it. Instructed me to file a claim with USPS if I wanted a refund. I opened a case with EBay and the seller then suggested I broke the item after receiving it. I am receiving a refund with EBay’s assistance, but buyer beware when purchasing from this seller.

  Poor packing allowed for damage during shipping. Seller blamed on USPS and offered no assistance in solving this issue, claiming no responsibility. A beautiful piece destroyed due to mishandling and lack of concern on the sellers part in resolving the issues. Ill skip future auctions by seller "chamida".

  Seller falsely sold their Lladro to me as a signed piece. When I asked her about it, she said that the Lladro stamp on the bottom is the signature, which it's not, but she refused to acknowledge her errors and decided that because I got a "steal" (her words) all was okay with her listing. I am not returning her item as she's not worth the aggravation. I just want others to be aware of how she lists and sells things and then refuses to accept that she's selling things falsely.

  This buyer has a fundamental lack of understanding. I made clear the item's authenticity through pictures ("signature" is a description which eBay itself provided indicating its brand marker). Ever heard of a signature stamp? Clearly this lady has not. I am also not a woman, which is further evidence of this individual's ongoing struggles with comprehension, so please take her feedback askance. Regardless, this woman received a steep discount in the auction and should be happy with her purchase.
