Good aerobic work out choices, not too much.
I have this already, but DVD too scratched to play, so I purchased this one on eBay. I paid more than 3x my original cost on eBay and it must be a copy of a copy as it looks less clear that my original. That said, I enjoy this work out. That is why I bought it again. It is upbeat and gives a good aerobic work out and includes stretching. Its one of my favorites. There are 3 workouts to choose from. The 20 and 30 minutes are good workouts, but I enjoy 40 minutes the best. Good way to work up your stamina by starting with 20 minutes. I rated 4 due to quality of the copy.
