A "family friendly" scary movie

This is a great movie for a church lockin or a sleep over. There is NO offensive language and NO adult type situations. The story is centered around a family of secret agents. They investigate a situation at a local highschool. Id like to describe it as a R.L. Stein type "goosebumps" movie, but its better than that. Its not a major hollywood production, but has solid acting. Its just a great family movie, but might not be suited for small children. My youngest was 12 when we first saw it, and she loved it.
