trouble with motion on monitor.

I only have one complaint that I'm trying to figure out. When I use the wheel on my mouse to scroll up and down I get alot of drag or slowness with motion, almost like getting motion sickness. Trying to find a solution with settings or maybe it's in the monitor itself. If anyone else has experienced this issue I'd appreciate some insight. Also HP doesn't have the greatest support helpline if an issue needs addressing.
