Unfortunately supplier (ETMIND02) experience.
My mistake when I didn't realise the unit was US made and zoned. Unfortunately, the lack of contact and action regarding my refund request from ETMIND02 has been disappointing to say the least. Over a month after having returned the unit (half the cost) I had to contact my bank to arrange a refund.

Although the sticker needed to be tailored to fit my car, it does the job.

Good value for money.
Good value for money. Fraction of the price of other carriers and still does the job.
Potential improvement (but would increase cost) - if it could fold upwards when not in use, so it doesn't stick out in carparks.
