I tested this antenna and found it had a very good standing wave ratio of 1:1 on 137 megahertz. On the claimed amateur bands it was 4:1 on the VHF and 8:1 on the UHF. This antenna needs trimming to work on VHF but I have concerns that it will never be any good on the UHF band.

Compact flash card adapter

I was skeptical with this adapter card but having used it for some time is great. The cost of large size compact flash cards is quiet expensive but with this adapter I am using a 16GB card and it hasn't faulted to do its job.

OBD2 extension cable

I use a Vpecker for my diagnostics but found It would not fit into a Subaru Forester socket so I purchased this cable and it fits in the hole. Its very well made and I doubt it can fail to do it's job.
