You get what you pay for
If you're willing to work a little, it's worth the price. Good things: decent quality steel parts and large hardware, plastic cradles with rubber straps work well and installs and functions well after fixing problems:
1) the plastic adapter for the 2" receiver is a little loose/wobbly, but is mostly fixed by tightening the receiver bolt.
2) One of the tightening screws on the red plastic cradles was stripped by the nut when tightened. Had to add a few washers to move the stripped part back so the cradle would tighten on the rack.
3) The 1 1/4" steel shaft would not fit in the receiver. Needed to grind/round the corner edges of the shaft to fit. My other rack (Thule) fits fine, so the receiver isn't the problem.
4) The rack vertical bar bound and scraped paint off the U shaped channel when the tilt function was used. Had to grind off a small amount material on the bottom inside edge of the vertical shaft to fix the binding.
