The said no returns so didn t contact seller.. The picture is 10 times prettier than the items i received. the item is paper and the detail on bows barely show. there s no flare to the bow it is flat. and hard to make a little flare. was very disappointed in the items.

Im disappointed that the buyer diId not contact me before a giving me a poor review. She ordered 1 bow basically a free sample as shipping cost me more. We shipped in small boxes for one item as shipping costs are rising. To do this we must fold the bow. The bows are NOT paper the are durable and in bolts can be used as a aisle runner. After opening as per instructions. Hang bow to drop any temporary packing creases. They drop. The double bow is pleated in shipping to insure its fluffy shape
