  Hi, I'm sorry you are disappointed. I ordered the product from Amazon, checked the contents, and put the decals and instruction sheet in a clear sheet for protection. The box was then closed and left in the cupboard. The poly bags had not been opened or the sprues touched.Maybe I should have returned it to Amazon because it was not in a pristine condition that some expect. I will certainly be more clear in future sales to state whether the box has been opened (and contents verified). Richard.
