  I ordered magnetic zip tie holders and got sent stick on ones. Messaged the seller and told them they had sent the wrong ones and I would like them to sent me the correct ones that I paid for and basically got told that I could still just use the stick on ones and they would partially refund me. I want magnetic ones so told them to just send me what I ordered and paid for. Still haven’t seen anything 6 weeks later. I gave them the chance to rectify it but unfortunately they weren’t willing to.
