    Not effective for cold therapy
    Bought this because we needed cold therapy and product indicated it did both cold and hot. But it is effectively useless at cold therapy. Will probably end up donating as it is not worth the hassle of returning it. It is likely good for heat therapy, but that is not what I needed.
