CHEAP & CHEERFUL
This kit has most of what you need for domestic phone or computer repairs. Its not professional quality just cheap & cheerful.

PACKED WITH FEATURES BUT COMES AT A PRICE
1 of 1 found this helpful This was a replacement for one that failed. It is quite a delicate unit that can easily get damaged if left in the wrong place. The LED screen appears to be a weak point, and once it fails you can't control it, so make sure it is 100% functional before you buy secondhand. That said it has quite a few features, and if you take the time to review the engineers installation manual, it has many many more that are not obvious from the domestic quick start user guide. Expensive if you buy it new, and not cheap secondhand.

SIMPLE BUT INEFFICIENT
It is a small unit that suited the space, so we are happy with it. It has no "smart" features and isn't very efficient or controllable. It is essentially a pile of bricks containing an electric heating element. You would be wise to look for a more efficient device.
