Brews a great cup of coffee
My previous experience with Keurig brewing system was "ehhh". I thought the coffee was weak, and the K-cups expensive for a not great cup of coffee. My husband and I were introduced to this model last month at a hotel we stayed at and we were amazed by the terrific cup of coffee it produced. So, we bought one and are really pleased with it. My only criticism is that I do not much like having the directions displayed as a permanent feature, though I do realize that the coffee maker has to be manufactured this way b/c this is the Keurig's flagship model for commercial businesses, which means a constant turnover of users. However, I knew this upfront and purchased anyway b/c it is a great product

a rare jewel, best investment of $400 I ever made.
2 of 2 found this helpful I was born in 1959, which means "I was there" when the series ran. First few years it was way too scary (my older sister watched religiously). The release of Tim Burton's feature film Dark Shadows prompted me to see if Netflix was running the original series - they were, but only a segment as they started with the first Barnabus episode when Willie Loomis opens his coffin and continues for only 160 episodes. My husband is from Europe and had no recollection about this series. He watched on netflix and was hooked very quickly. We were so bummed out when the Netflix holding ran its course. Back in May 2012 I found this new offering. The price tag gave me reason to pause, but not for long. There was major excitement at our house when the boxed series arrived. The packaging is awesome. My husband believes this purchase was the best use of $400 we ever made. The quality is excellent and the interviews interspersed are special treats. Notwithstanding the gafs here and there for which Dark Shadows is famous for (wrong lines, stage hands visible, fly on noses, etc..) and the High Camp that makes one chuckle no and then, this is by no means a comedy but rather an extremely well-written and well-acted melodrama about the lives of characters one comes to care greatly about. I expected this purchase to be worthwhile and in just a few weeks has become a most prized possession. Thank you to all of the industry professionals whose hard work produced this masterpiece, and of course, thank you to the actors/actresses for touching our hearts.
