item shipped quickly, good experience. when box arrived contents damaged poorly packaged, safety shield broken, sharpening wheels broken. will cost me another $155.00 to replace parts, still unable to use until fixed. Seller was careless in packing box, I feel cheated by chenbanks

I apologize. I thought I used more than enough packing paper. I didn't think UPS would get so rough with the package. Please send me picture to show UPS. I will refund the money for the parts.
