  I received this headset and it was faulty when I contacted the seller. He virtually called me a lawyer and refused to accept that they were faulty. Found him only approachable on the subject of returning them. I offered to return them by hand and he refused. I will never buy off this seller ever again.

  when you contacted me i offered an exchange. you told me it would take to long. I then asked you to return for a refund. i do not appreciate somebody turning up on my doorstep i asked you to return by post, you then took the headset apart and sent me photos this is against ebay policy for grounds for a return also. unfortunately i disagree with a negative feedback given i gave you several options.
