A little bigger than I expected, but still sits on my bench nicely.
Very well-packaged and comes with a brand-new-in-box high-quality GPS antenna. I added an external power supply connection (I don't have the mating connector for the backplane) using two holes already in place in the rear of the case. If you know what you are doing, it is easy to find the input of the full-wave bridge rectifier and solder a couple wires onto the board by removing some solder mask and tinning it. Make sure you use a fuse in-line with your power input! Yes, there is a fuse in circuit AFTER the bridge, but not before it! Lots of info available online for this unit as well. It was a little bigger than I expected, but I take responsibility for not checking dimensions. Check for yourself before taking the plunge. The unit powered up without issue and attained lock in its new location within about 30 minutes (the label warns that it could take up to 60 minutes) and maintained lock and a solid output. I measured short-term stability of less than +-2^-10 vs. my other GPSDO (Trimble Thunderbolt) and have a series of long-term tests underway. Overall, I am quite happy with the unit and it has a permanent home in my radio shack. After my long-term tests, I will probably perform the mod documented online to convert the 1/2 PPS output to 1 PPS as well.

Happy with my XPR6550!
I've got my XPR6550 programmed for Amateur (both DMR Digital and Analog FM) use. It's a rock-solid radio and easy to use. DMR programming is not for the neophyte, so I recommend learning a lot about the DMR system first. This unit had an older (2009) battery, which I expected, given that it was a demo unit, so I bought a couple fresh IMPRES batteries to keep me up and running. The IMPRES charger works great with the batteries to maximize their life, and it is great to see the detailed information on the battery capacity, life, and other information in the radio Utility menu. Shipping was fast, description of the radio was accurate, and I am happy with the purchase. Thanks!

Unexpected value
I was pleasantly surprised to find that my board also included a Pentium E-5300 CPU, copper passive cooler, and 2GB of DDR2 PC-6400 SDRAM. I've built this board into a nice little firewall for my SOHO network and am going to buy a couple more to build some other small utility servers. You cannot beat the price for what you receive.
