I hadn't actually used it yet...
The only problem I see so far is that once you fold it up there's no way to pull it. Maybe I'm missing something but it would be helpful if there was an additional handle to pull it so that you don't have to carry it to store it.

Unopened, brand new product but it wont charge.
1 of 1 found this helpful While the charger is plugged in the stapler is supposed to show that a green light means fully charged, flashing red light means its charging, quick flashing red means its defective. This one shows a steady half green, half red light while its plugged into charger, no light at all when unplugged.
